
First, create a form on Useform. If you don't have an account, you can create one for free. Once your form is created, enter the Editor.
Start tweaking your form. Add fields, change the colors, etc. Once you're happy with your form, save it and copy the embed code.
When you're ready to add your form to WordPress, go to the Connect tab.
Then, scroll to the Embed your form section and click on Copy to clipboard to copy the code.
Now, let's go into your WordPress editor. On the page you want to add the form, click on Add Block then Browse All.
Search for "Custom HTML" on the search bar. Then, click on the "Custom HTML" block.
Paste the embed code into the HTML input. Then, click on the Preview button to see your form.
You're done, click on Publish and you'll see the form live on your website.
