How to add a form to a Wix website

First, create a form on Useform. If you don't have an account, you can create one for free. Once your form is created, enter the Editor.

Start tweaking your form. Add fields, change the colors, etc. Once you're happy with your form, save it and copy the embed code.

When you're ready to add your form to Wix, go to the Connect tab.
Then, scroll to the Embed your form section and click on Copy to clipboard to copy the code.

On your Wix editor, click on the "Add" button then "Embed Code" section. Finally, click on the "Embed HTML" button.

Then, click on the "Code" option and paste the embed code you copied from Useform.

You're done, click on "Save" to see the form live on your website.
